And given how it’s designed, opening the top will cause all of the heat to escape.

Olek, Don’t effeun your money on a toy like this. Also, you’re limited to an 11″ pizza.
How much is the oven? Blackstone and 2stone are hard to get from the states. You can’t see the pizza while it’s being cooked. For larger pies, including the Sicilian I’m trying tonight.
These are great high temperature ovens for home users. Comment on Raj’s Reply. He has one of those ovens.
